A new Archer Daniels Midland Co. mill in the Chicago area leaves the company ideally situated to serve one of the largest flour markets in the United States, said Kevin Like, president of ADM Milling, Decatur, Illinois, U.S.

 A 19% drop in rapeseed area will lead to a significant decline of major oilseeds area and production in the European Union in 2019-20, according to a Sept. 17 Global Agricultural Information Network report from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
