Your abdomen, hips, buttocks, and legs problem.
I see so many women in my practice who struggle with excess weight and stubborn fat, especially around the abdomen, hips, buttocks, and legs. Many become frustrated and try countless methods to get rid of it—following trends from social media, online searches, books, and popular advice.- or a energetic Gym instructor.
But instead of first finding out what the real underlying issue is, they often move from one solution to the next. While many may share similar symptoms, it does not mean they all have the same root cause. Weight gain can be influenced by different factors such as hormones, stress, sleep quality, nutrition, inflammation, Metabolic, insulin resistance, gut health, thyroid function, activity levels, methylation and genetics.
Because of this, not everyone will respond the same way to the same foods, supplements, or programs. What works well for one person may do very little for another.
To get rid of this, you need to be patient and willing to change your habits. There is no quick fix, and lasting results rarely come overnight.
Real progress usually comes from consistent lifestyle changes such as improving nutrition, moving regularly, sleeping better, managing stress, and staying disciplined over time. Many people look for instant solutions, but long-term health is built through daily choices.
Blood tests can provide useful information, and prescribed medications can be appropriate in some cases, but they are not always the full answer on their own. Numbers do not automatically solve the underlying causes of weight gain or poor health.
The real solution often lies in changing the habits that created the problem in the first place and giving the body time to respond.
When I explain the root causes of these common problems that so many women experience, and they begin to understand what is really happening in their bodies, we often start to see results. It all start in the Gut- and detoxification system and it calls for a reaction with symptoms with lots of side effects.
Once they understand how they need to think differently about their health, make better daily choices, and support the body properly, progress becomes possible. Awareness is powerful, because when people know the cause, they can take the right action instead of guessing.
With the correct nutrition, lifestyle changes, and the right building materials for the body, many women begin to notice meaningful improvements over time.
If you do not take action to address stubborn belly fat and understand the real reasons behind it, it can lead to bigger health problems later in life. Excess abdominal fat is often more than a cosmetic issue. It can be associated with increased risk of serious health issues.
The important step is not simply trying random quick fixes, but understanding the underlying contributors such as diet quality, inactivity, stress, sleep disruption, hormonal changes, and metabolic health.
Taking action early through healthier habits, regular movement, proper nutrition, stress management, and the guidance of a qualified health professional when needed can reduce the risk of more serious problems as you get older.
At Quanlim Life, the focus is on working at a cellular and genetic level to help identify potential root causes of health imbalances rather than only addressing surface symptoms.
One day you will open your eyes and realise the truth: the global medical system is not focused on healing you — it is focused on treating your symptoms. All it really needs from you is your trust, your loyalty, your medical aid, and your body. Until that day comes, you will remain unwell and be kept dependent on devastating prescribed drugs.
Your TATTOO
Tattoos are popular all over the world, especially among younger people. For many, getting a tattoo is not just about appearance—it often carries personal meaning, with each design representing a story, memory, belief, or important moment in their lives.
Tattoo ink is recognized by the body as a foreign substance, triggering an immune response. Immune cells (macrophages) absorb the pigment but cannot fully break it down, which is why tattoos remain visible over time. Some ink particles can also travel to nearby lymph nodes.
This process represents a long-term interaction between the tattoo and the immune system. However, describing it as a constant or harmful state of chronic inflammation is an overstatement. In most healthy individuals, the immune response stabilizes after healing, and tattoos do not cause ongoing systemic inflammation.
There is ongoing research into the long-term effects of tattoo pigments, including the presence of certain metals and their movement within the body. While some studies are exploring possible links to health risks, current evidence does not show a clear or significant increase in diseases like cancer or major immune dysfunction for the general population.
Tattoos do involve a lasting immune interaction and some ink migration, but claims of widespread chronic inflammation or major health risks are not strongly supported by current scientific evidence.
Before you decide to get a tattoo, it’s worth thinking beyond the moment. Emotions can be strong in the present, but a tattoo is permanent and will stay with you long after those feelings may have changed.
Take time to consider the long-term impact—both personally and practically. Ask yourself if the meaning will still matter years from now, how it might affect different stages of your life, and whether it truly reflects something lasting rather than a temporary emotion.
Making a thoughtful decision now can help ensure that what you choose today is something you’re still comfortable with in the future.
Your Weight problems
I see the side effects of these so-called peptide weight-loss drugs in my practice every day, and they are being used all over the world. The medical system is making billions from people’s bodies by selling huge promises. In many cases, people do get short-term results, but the side effects often appear later—and that is where the body can begin to struggle.
Many people follow trends without fully understanding the long-term consequences. They see celebrities, influencers, and public figures promoting these treatments, which attracts others to use them as well.
Too often, the focus is placed on fast weight loss rather than asking deeper questions about metabolism, nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, gut health, and the true reason the weight was gained in the first place.
Real health is rarely built through shortcuts. Quick results can be appealing, but lasting wellness usually requires understanding the body, correcting root causes, and building habits that support long-term function.
Your body naturally produces hormones that help regulate appetite, including GLP-1—the same hormone targeted by medications like Ozempic. The message is that many people may not effectively stimulate these natural hunger-control signals because of meal composition and eating habits, rather than a lack of willpower.
Inside the small intestine, specialized L-cells release GLP-1 in response to food. This hormone helps slow stomach emptying, promotes fullness, and signals the brain to reduce hunger. Meals higher in fibre and protein tend to stimulate this response more effectively than highly refined or rapidly absorbed foods.
The idea presented is that meal order and lifestyle habits can influence appetite control:
Eating fibre and protein first may improve satiety and blood sugar responses
Leaving refined carbohydrates until later in the meal may help some people moderate glucose spikes
Finishing the last meal earlier in the day may support appetite regulation for some individuals
A light walk after eating can improve post-meal glucose control
This is summarized as the “F.U.L.L.” framework:
F — Fibre first
U — Unprocessed protein
L — Last meal earlier
L — Light walk after eating
The broader point is that food choices and meal timing can work upstream by supporting the body’s own appetite-regulation systems, while medications act downstream by mimicking or enhancing those signals. In short, meals can either help regulate hunger—or reinforce patterns of overeating.
It is your body and your health, but I believe you should think twice before jumping on this wagon. Make sure you are addressing the root cause of the problem rather than relying only on a general blood test and becoming part of the numbers game.
True health is not found in chasing lab values alone. Numbers can provide useful clues, but they do not always explain why symptoms developed in the first place. Weight gain, fatigue, poor metabolism, and other health concerns often involve deeper factors such as nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, gut health, inflammation, hormones, and cellular function.
Before choosing any treatment, it is wise to ask what caused the imbalance, what the long-term effects may be, and whether the approach supports real healing or simply manages symptoms. Your body deserves more than a quick fix—it deserves understanding and proper care.
Iron
Not a day goes by in our practice where we do not see iron deficiency in clients. Many people are given iron supplements within the medical system, but often this is based mainly on symptoms or limited testing, rather than a full investigation of the underlying cause.
In many cases, iron levels are treated as the problem itself, while the reason for the deficiency is not fully explored. True iron deficiency can be influenced by multiple factors such as absorption issues, chronic inflammation, gut health, diet, or increased physiological demand.
This is why a more complete iron assessment—looking at ferritin together with CRP, serum iron, transferrin saturation, transferrin, and TIBC—can provide a clearer picture of what is actually happening in the body, rather than focusing on a single marker.
The goal should not only be to replace iron, but also to understand why the body is not maintaining proper iron balance in the first place.
Iron is described as a key factor in oxygen transport in the body, mainly through haemoglobin. The text argues that when iron levels are low—or when iron transport markers are impaired—the body may experience reduced oxygen delivery at a cellular level.
This reduced oxygen availability is presented as a cascade effect:
Lower energy production (ATP) leading to fatigue, brain fog, and slower repair
Disruption in red blood cell production, especially when combined with two raw materials.
Strain on methylation pathways and increased homocysteine
Cognitive and mood changes such as anxiety, low motivation, and poor focus
Digestive and gut function issues due to reduced cellular turnover
Slower regeneration affecting hair, skin, nails, and wound healing
Potential impacts on thyroid hormone conversion and function
Changes in liver metabolism and detox capacity
Altered lipid profiles (cholesterol and triglycerides)
Possible effects on kidney oxygen sensing and erythropoietin signaling
Downstream effects on hormone balance and clearance
It emphasizes that iron status should be assessed more comprehensively than ferritin alone, suggesting a full iron panel (ferritin, serum iron, transferrin saturation, TIBC, transferrin) alongside inflammatory markers like CRP.
Finally, it presents the idea that low iron can trigger a wide, systemic chain reaction affecting many body systems through oxygen and energy limitation.
Cancer isn’t just a tumor to be cut, burned, or blasted away. We must find the root cause—the environment in our body that forces cancer cells to grow. Cancer cells form because the body’s conditions make them find a way to survive. To understand the suffering and emotional stress of a cancer patient, it needs to hit close to home, like your child, mother, father, or husband. They need your support and much more to survive. We need to stop thinking of cancer as only a tumor and focus on what causes it.

Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of writing several books about health and the natural functioning of the human body, as well as a few others aimed at inspiring young people to discover their true potential. One of these books, “Discover Yourself to Become Yourself,” has already been reprinted four times. This book can help awaken a deeper understanding of yourself, your purpose, and your health. I am currently busy writing a book about healing yourself—the real healing process and the simplicity of how the body, mind, and soul can restore themselves. The aim of the book is to help people understand themselves better, take responsibility for their own health, stand on their own feet, and become less dependent on a medical system that often tries to control every aspect of health.

Sharing some information on RAW materials
Vitamin B12 is often called the “patient vitamin” because a healthy liver can store enough B12 to last for years. This has led to the belief that infrequent injections are sufficient for everyone. However, for people with pernicious anemia or other B12 absorption problems, this rule often does not apply because the body’s normal recycling system is impaired. The same with Gene problems and you need to sort that out.
In a healthy person, B12 is stored in the liver, released into bile, and then reabsorbed in the intestine with the help of intrinsic factor. This recycling process allows the body to conserve most of its B12 supply. When intrinsic factor is missing or the gut is damaged, that cycle is disrupted. Instead of being reabsorbed, stored B12 can be lost through the digestive tract, making liver reserves far less effective.
This is why some people with malabsorption may experience a rise in B12 levels after an injection, followed by a decline before the next dose is due. For those with nerve-related symptoms, this can be important because nerve repair and normal nervous system function may require a more consistent supply of B12.
The key point is that B12 needs can differ greatly depending on the cause of deficiency. In people with absorption failure, treatment plans may need to focus on maintaining steady levels rather than relying only on the idea of long-term liver stores. Anyone with suspected B12 deficiency or ongoing symptoms should work closely with a qualified healthcare professional for proper testing and treatment.
You need to take the correct form of Vitamin B12 in the correct amount, and it is important to know whether your body is actually absorbing it properly. Many people rely only on occasional injections or supplements without understanding if they are meeting their real needs.
Vitamin B12 is essential for fat metabolism, and its deficiency is linked to increased body fat, higher cholesterol, and reduced metabolic rate. B12 acts as a coenzyme in breaking down fatty acids, and low levels can lead to fat accumulation. While not directly causing fat absorption, B12 metabolism impacts how the body processes fats.
The best approach depends on the cause of the deficiency. Some people may need oral B12, sublingual forms, regular injections, or a combination, depending on absorption, symptoms, and medical history. Simply taking B12 is not always enough if the form, dose, or frequency is wrong.
Proper testing, monitoring symptoms, and working with a qualified healthcare professional can help ensure you are getting the B12 support your body truly needs. Cofactors is very important.
Stop buying every so-called Vitamin B12 product from health stores or online without knowing what you are getting. Not all B12 products are the same, and many vary in quality, form, dosage, and how well they are absorbed. Choosing the wrong product may waste money and fail to address your real needs.
It is important to use a high-quality B12 product from a reliable and trusted source. The correct form, proper dose, and good manufacturing standards all matter when it comes to effectiveness. What your body needs depends on your health status, digestion, absorption, and the reason for the deficiency.
"We live in an era of 'quick fixes,' and everyone wants results instantly. However, getting so-called 'vitamin shots' via an IV drip isn't always advisable. You often don't know the quality of the products being used. Plus, if you have certain genetic predispositions, your body might have a severe adverse reaction to these synthetic vitamins.
Rather than chasing marketing claims, focus on quality, proper guidance, and products you can trust. When used correctly, the right B12 support can make a meaningful difference
If you’ve been receiving cancer treatment for years from the same medical doctor, it’s wise to seek a second opinion. Many doctors only focus on the cancer itself and overlook what the treatment is doing to the rest of your body. Sometimes, real healing begins when you stop seeing only the cancer and start looking deeper — at what your body truly needs to repair, rebuild, and restore balance.
EXCLUSIVE ARTICLE OF THE WEEK

Epigenetics is the study of how your genes are turned on or off without changing the DNA itself.

Think of it like this:

  • Your DNA is the blueprint (the hardware)
  • Epigenetics is the control system (the software) that decides which parts of that blueprint are used

Your body uses chemical signals to “switch” genes on or off depending on what it needs. These signals are influenced by your environment and lifestyle, such as:

  • Stress
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Toxins
  • Physical activity
  • Emotional state

So two people with similar genes can have very different health outcomes, because their gene expression is different.

A key point: epigenetics does not change your genes, but it changes how they behave.

Chronic stress, poor diet, and unhealthy habits can disrupt normal gene expression, while good habits can support better function. In simple terms, your daily choices and environment help shape how your genes are expressed over time.Epigenetics can be thought of as the “software” that influences how your genes (the “hardware”) are expressed. It doesn’t change your DNA itself, but it affects how genes are switched on or off based on your environment and lifestyle.Factors like stress, emotions, nutrition, sleep, and your overall environment all play a role in how this system functions. Chronic stress in particular can disrupt normal gene expression and impact overall health. The key idea is that supporting your body with a balanced lifestyle—managing stress, maintaining a healthy environment, and taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing—can help your biological systems function more optimally.

It is good to do yearly medical blood tests to check for chronic diseases or cancer, but the more important question is: What are you doing to prevent disease and maintain your health before something goes wrong?Medical tests are mostly designed to detect disease, not necessarily to maintain health. True health maintenance comes from how you live every day and how well you support your body’s systems. It is good to do yearly medical blood tests to check for chronic diseases or cancer, but the more important question is: What are you doing to prevent disease and maintain your health before something goes wrong? Medical tests are mostly designed to detect disease, not necessarily to maintain health. Eat REAL SALTED BUTTER
I don’t normally give advice on specific foods or raw ingredients, as I never diagnose anyone based on symptoms or appearance. We do not play games with people’s health. However, today I will make an exception. I strongly advise you to eat real salted butter and to never eat margarine or any plant related so called butter related spreads.
Butyrate is a beneficial short-chain fatty acid made by healthy gut bacteria when they ferment dietary fibre in the colon. Although it is produced in smaller amounts than some other fatty acids, it plays an important role in health. It is the main energy source for the cells lining the colon, helping maintain a strong gut barrier, support digestion, and reduce inflammation.
Research suggests butyrate may also have antioxidant effects, support immune balance, and play a role in protecting metabolic and brain health. Low levels of butyrate-producing bacteria have been linked with poor gut health and certain chronic conditions.
The best way to increase butyrate naturally is not by eating butter, but by feeding beneficial gut bacteria with fibre-rich foods. This includes vegetables, fruits, legumes, oats, nuts, seeds, whole grains, resistant starch foods such as cooked and cooled potatoes, and fermented foods like kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut. A varied, plant-rich diet helps beneficial microbes thrive and supports better butyrate production.
Poor diet, low fibre intake, repeated antibiotics, chronic inflammation, and restrictive eating patterns can disrupt the gut microbiome and reduce butyrate production.
Supporting your gut with consistent healthy habits is one of the best ways to improve overall health from the inside out.

The saying “a prophet is not acknowledged in his own land” means that people often fail to recognize or value the wisdom, talent, or significance of someone from their own community or homeland. It suggests that familiarity breeds skepticism or indifference, and individuals are more likely to be respected or appreciated by outsiders than by those closest to them.
TAKE NOTE -The medical and natural health professions are causing public alarm with frequent warnings about serious health issues like cancer, prompting people to rush to doctors for tests and deplete their medical funds. The natural health industry promotes supplements as alternatives, often with bold promises, but many products lack transparent ingredient lists, raising concerns about their legitimacy. Consumers are advised to avoid purchasing such products, as they may be marketed online primarily for profit rather than genuine health benefits.

BOODSKAP
CANCER- The medical system need to take notice
There is growing concern from many people that parts of the modern medical system, especially when it comes to cancer treatment, are not always easy on the body. Treatments like chemotherapy are designed to destroy rapidly dividing cancer cells, but they can also affect healthy cells. This is why many patients experience strong side effects and feel physically weakened during treatment.

However, it is important to be careful not to oversimplify this. Chemotherapy has helped extend and save many lives, even though it can be physically demanding. The real challenge is that it is often a trade-off between targeting the disease and managing the impact on the rest of the body. What is true, though, is that during such treatments the body is under significant stress and has increased nutritional and metabolic needs. Supporting the body properly during this time — with adequate nutrition, recovery, and medical guidance — becomes critically important.
