The liver - Production manager.
The liver is one of the most important and hardest-working organs in the human body. Most people only think about the liver when discussing alcohol, but it is involved in almost every process that keeps us alive.
Everything absorbed from the digestive system passes through the liver first. The liver decides what nutrients should be stored, used, converted, distributed throughout the body, or removed. It plays a central role in maintaining stable blood sugar levels by storing excess glucose after meals and releasing it when the body needs energy between meals.
The liver is also responsible for managing fats and cholesterol. It produces cholesterol, manufactures bile for digestion, packages fats for transport, and helps recycle important nutrients. When liver function becomes less efficient, fatty liver, abnormal cholesterol levels, and difficulties processing fats may develop.
Hormone regulation also depends heavily on the liver. It helps process hormones such as oestrogen and cortisol, activates vitamin D, and assists in thyroid hormone conversion. In addition, the liver stores essential nutrients including vitamin A, vitamin B12, iron, copper, vitamin D, and glycogen, providing reserves when the body needs them.

Most adults need between seven and eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. During this time, the brain processes information, the immune system performs important repair functions, hormones are balanced, and the body recovers from the stresses of the day. Consistently getting less sleep than the body requires can contribute to fatigue, weight gain, poor concentration, increased inflammation, weakened immunity, and a higher risk of chronic health problems.
Unfortunately, many people rely on sleeping pills to force sleep. While these medications may provide short-term relief, they do not always produce the same quality of restorative sleep that the body naturally requires. Long-term dependence on sleeping tablets may also be associated with side effects such as daytime drowsiness, memory problems, impaired concentration, increased risk of falls in older adults, and potential dependence.
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced mainly at night in response to darkness and is best known for regulating sleep. However, a large body of scientific research suggests that melatonin may also play an important role in cancer biology. Laboratory studies have shown that melatonin can influence cancer cells through multiple mechanisms, including slowing cell growth, supporting programmed cell death, reducing inflammation, helping regulate the immune system, protecting DNA from oxidative damage, and potentially limiting the development of blood vessels that feed tumours.
One of the most practical lessons from the research is the importance of maintaining healthy sleep habits and protecting the body's natural circadian rhythm. Sleeping in a dark room, reducing exposure to bright lights and screens before bedtime, getting regular daylight exposure during the day, and maintaining consistent sleep patterns may help support natural melatonin production
Cancer isn’t just a tumor to be cut, burned, or blasted away. We must find the root cause—the environment in our body that forces cancer cells to grow. Cancer cells form because the body’s conditions make them find a way to survive. To understand the suffering and emotional stress of a cancer patient, it needs to hit close to home, like your child, mother, father, or husband. They need your support and much more to survive. We need to stop thinking of cancer as only a tumor and focus on what causes it.

The way cancer is treated by the medical profession around the world is devastating to witness. I see these people in my practice every day. I see the suffering, the fear, the hope, and the belief that somehow the cancer will eventually be defeated.

CANCER- The medical system need to take notice 
There is growing concern from many people that parts of the modern medical system, especially when it comes to cancer treatment, are not always easy on the body. Treatments like chemotherapy are designed to destroy rapidly dividing cancer cells, but they can also affect healthy cells. This is why many patients experience strong side effects and feel physically weakened during treatment.

However, it is important to be careful not to oversimplify this. Chemotherapy has helped extend and save many lives, even though it can be physically demanding.
